I’m Mongi. Almost four decades ago I started in IT in Germany. Today I run group cybersecurity transformation in the GCC and I’m available as interim CISO, CTO, or CIO when an organisation needs a steady hand on the bridge. Between those two points are $20M of programmes, 45+ organisations, and 60 countries — banks, airlines, oil & gas operators, retailers, hospitals, federal authorities, and the world’s biggest software brands.

I’ve been the CIO behind transformations at Emirates and Etihad Airways. The CISO modernising defences for SABIC and QatarEnergy. The architect of ISO 27001 programmes that put 20,000 users through audit with a 100% pass rate.
